Life wasn’t always this way
Anxiety was with me daily for years, panic attacks depression and you name it

But here I am now teaching women especially how to come back home and find that spark for life
Stop running from life and start living
The life you truly desire

I use a few modalities , but my deepest focus is to bring women’s nervous system back to a safe place, back to homeostasis and I do this mainly with breathwork and supported with other practises such as meditation, cacao and tea ceremonies, sound and so much more

Mother Earth is my personal anchor and the ocean is the place I rather be, my safe space

I turn 40 in a couple of weeks
Mother to a incredible 8 year old wild and free daughter
She was the catapult for me to totally transform my life
Swedish and backpacked to Australia and got “stuck” here 20 years ago

Lived many life times …. Busses, cars, factories,luxury homes, yachts have been my homes over the past 20 years

To be able to bring you all this portal, this platform - this business of elevate wellness company feels so damn good

Today I sat in ceremony with cacao and I met a different woman on the other side of it.

It reminded me that cacao is medicine.
